Join us for a powerful and immersive breathwork experience set in the gardens of St Paul’s Catacombs on the 17th of May, from 9:30am till 11:00am, led by Neil Agius.

Taking place outdoors, amongst the historic surroundings of the catacombs, this session combines guided breathwork with controlled cold exposure using ice trays, offering a safe yet impactful way to explore your physical and mental limits. As you sit on your mat, Neil will guide you through breathing techniques while inviting you to briefly place your hands in ice, helping you learn how to stay calm and present through moments of intensity.

Drawing from his remarkable experiences as a two-time world record holder in open water swimming, Neil shares personal stories of resilience, vulnerability, and teamwork. These insights are translated into practical tools that you can apply in everyday life to better manage stress, improve focus, and build mental strength.

Participants will gain a deeper understanding of how to regulate the nervous system under pressure, enhance emotional control, and strengthen their connection to both body and breath. The session is designed to leave you feeling grounded, energised, and more in control.

This experience is suitable for all levels. Participants are encouraged to wear comfortable clothing, bring a small towel to dry their hands after the ice exercises, and a reusable water bottle. For the best experience, it is recommended to avoid drinking coffee or eating immediately before the session.
