The Harbour Club
The Harbour Club is a restaurant providing guests with seasonal, creative, Mediterranean cuisine. Our menu is inspired by the Streets in Valletta together with all their stories, history and culture. During our journey we have picked on these stories and created dishes around them.
Acquerello Risotto Bottarga
Over the years the restaurant, which has been open since 2013, has been focusing on a more sustainable approach by using passionate foragers and various growers to propose interesting local produce to our guests. Additionally, through our partnership with Carbon Free Dining, we have now planted over 12,000 trees, offsetting the Carbon Footprint of the meals we serve by giving diners the opportunity of planting a single fruit tree with each bill.
Through our menu, we hope that our guests may have the opportunity to explore Valletta in a little bit more detail, whilst enjoying their experience at The Harbour Club. They may do this on our terrace overlooking the Grand Harbour or inside our restaurant where all the wood used is coming from the deck of a retired American ship.
